Our Concierge-Only Package is designed for clients who don’t need medical care but still want the ease, comfort, and luxury of full lifestyle support during recovery. Your dedicated concierge handles everything from errands, groceries, and meal coordination to appointment scheduling, home or hotel setup, and black-car transportation. This package is also perfect for out-of-town clients who need assistance booking hotels or coordinating their stay, ensuring a seamless and stress-free recovery experience from the moment you arrive.

Local, case flat fee

How Your Recovery Works
Pre-Recovery Coordination
At least one week before your procedure, we connect with you and your surgeon’s office to gather all post-operative instructions, confirm your recovery plan, and ensure all required supplies are ready. This allows our team to arrive fully prepared and aligned with your surgeon’s protocol.
Private Post-Op Transport (Optional)
We arrange secure, private transportation from the surgical center to your recovery location, ensuring you arrive safely with all instructions organized and on hand.
Recovery Space Preparation
Every package includes a Recovery Comfort Setup and a curated Welcome Gift. At least 30 mins prior to arrival, we set up your environment for a smooth transition—arranging pillows, organizing essentials, and preparing your recovery zone.
Determining Your Level of Care
Caregiver Support (Non-Clinical)
Certified caregivers assist with mobility, light bathing support, meal preparation, hydration, organization, and general comfort.
Caregivers do not perform clinical tasks.
Nurse-Led Care (Clinical)
Licensed nurses deliver structured clinical oversight including vital sign monitoring, wound and drain care, medication assistance (per surgeon instruction), documentation, and ongoing assessment.
Surgeon-Aligned Protocols
All services—caregiver or nurse-led—are provided strictly according to your surgeon’s post-operative instructions.
We reinforce their protocol exactly as written to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuity of care.
Medication Timing & Vital Monitoring (Nurse-Led)
Your nurse manages medication timing as instructed by your surgeon and performs scheduled vital sign assessments to support stability and comfort throughout your recovery window.
Wound, Drain & Garment Support (Nurse-Led)
Nurses conduct detailed wound checks, drain monitoring, and garment adjustments to support proper healing and reduce complication risk.
Nourishment & Hydration Support
We assist with hydration reminders and light meal preparation to ensure your body receives the nourishment it needs during the early stages of recovery.
Communication With Your Surgeon (Nurse-Led)
For nurse-led packages, we maintain direct, timely communication with your surgeon’s office and provide a structured recovery summary once care concludes.
Completion & Transition
At the end of your visit, we ensure you are comfortable, settled, and fully briefed on your next steps. We confirm your safety before departure and leave you with a clear understanding of your follow-up instructions—supporting a confident transition into the next phase of healing. If at any point you do not feel comfortable being alone, our team is always available to arrange additional hours or à la carte services for continued support.
Fine Print & Important Notes
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service date and clinician. This deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of booking; after 24 hours, only a partial refund may apply. The remaining balance must be paid one month prior to the scheduled service. Once paid in full, all packages become non-refundable.
All services are provided based on availability and within each clinician’s legally permitted scope of practice. Her Recovery Co. does not assume responsibility for medical complications, changes to surgical plans, inaccurate client information, or conditions outside our control.
Additional fees may apply for travel outside the 25-mile service radius, extended hours, extra stops, wait time, or special requests. Services may be declined or discontinued if a safe recovery environment is not provided or if the client’s condition requires a higher level of medical care.
By booking, clients agree to provide accurate medical and surgical information, follow all post-operative instructions from their surgeon, and comply with Her Recovery Co.’s policies.
