Her Recovery Co.

By booking services with Her Recovery Co., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to protect client safety, ensure clear expectations, and support the integrity of our care team.

1. Booking, Deposit & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your service date and assign your clinician.

  • This deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of booking.

  • After 24 hours, the deposit becomes 25% refundable in the event of cancellation.

  • The remaining balance is due one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled service date.

  • Once the package is paid in full, it is non-refundable.

Services are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to service follow the deposit refund rules above.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is based on staff availability and may incur additional fees if changes impact clinician scheduling or travel arrangements.

Her Recovery Co. reserves the right to decline rescheduling if no availability remains.

3. Scope of Services

Her Recovery Co. provides non-emergency post-operative support.

  • Nurses (RN/LVN) perform only clinical tasks permitted within their license.

  • Caregivers and concierges provide non-medical support only and cannot perform clinical duties.

  • Her Recovery Co. does not replace medical follow-up, surgeon care, or emergency medical services.

If a client’s condition indicates a medical emergency or complication, clinicians may require the client to seek immediate medical attention or call 911.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide complete and accurate medical and surgical information.

  • Notify Her Recovery Co. immediately of any changes to surgery date, time, location, or health status.

  • Maintain a safe, clean recovery environment.

  • Follow all medical instructions from their surgeon or healthcare provider.

  • Disclose all allergies, medications, and relevant medical history.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in discontinuation of services without refund.

5. Travel, Add-Ons & Additional Fees

Base packages include service within a 25-mile radius of the client’s recovery location.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Travel outside the 25-mile radius

  • Additional stops

  • Extra wait time

  • Extended hours or added services

  • Special requests requiring added staff time or resources

Fees must be paid at the time of service or added to the final invoice.

6. Service Conditions & Safety

Her Recovery Co. may discontinue or refuse services if:

  • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary

  • The client’s condition requires higher medical care

  • Staff feel threatened, endangered, or unable to perform their duties safely

  • Policies, payment terms, or clinician instructions are not followed

Discontinuation for safety or non-compliance does not qualify for a refund.

7. Liability

Her Recovery Co. is not liable for:

  • Medical complications arising from surgery or medical treatment

  • Client non-compliance with surgeon instructions

  • Pre-existing conditions or undisclosed medical information

  • Delays or changes caused by the surgical facility, surgeon, or client

  • Outcomes related to third-party transportation, lodging, or accommodations

Clients acknowledge that all surgical procedures involve risk and that recovery outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Changes to Policies

Her Recovery Co. may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your service.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, paying a deposit, or completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
