What to Expect from Concierge Service

Our Concierge-Only Package is designed to support clients who do not need in-person nursing or caregiving but want their recovery planned, coordinated, and elevated with expert care.

From the moment you book, our concierge team works behind the scenes to ensure your recovery is smooth, organized, and stress-free.

Pre-Arrival Coordination

  • We’ll connect with you (or your surgeon’s office) to gather important recovery details.

  • Based on your needs, we curate a checklist of recommended supplies, garments, and equipment.

  • Our team can shop for or coordinate delivery of all supplies in advance (add-on available).

Recovery Space Setup

  • Hotel, Airbnb, or home? We help you set up a healing-friendly environment with comfort and safety in mind.

  • If requested, we can send a concierge member to prepare the space prior to your arrival (add-on service).

  • Essentials such as pillows, hygiene products, meds, and recovery trays are arranged for convenience.

Transportation & Logistics

  • We coordinate reliable transportation to and from your surgery or post-op appointments (client covers ride costs).

  • If needed, we can assist in scheduling a trusted private driver experienced in post-op needs.

Wellness Service Bookings

  • We handle scheduling for post-op lymphatic massage, IV hydration, and other wellness therapies.

  • Only licensed, vetted providers are used — ensuring safety, privacy, and professionalism.

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations are provided so you’re always informed.

Meal & Supply Delivery

  • Need groceries, hydration supplies, or light meals post-surgery? We coordinate delivery to your door.

  • Recommendations can be tailored to your dietary restrictions or post-op needs.

  • We’ll ensure you have snacks, bottled water, broths, or other surgeon-recommended items ready.

Daily Support & Check-Ins

  • We remain available for check-ins during your recovery window to assist with any unexpected needs.

  • If your plans change or your provider cancels, we’ll quickly reschedule or adjust as needed.

  • You’ll always have a point of contact — without the overwhelm of managing the details yourself.
